“When I first spoke with Paul, I explained that I needed a spiral staircase modernising by adding balusters to fill gaps, and tread plate followers.  I was a bit short of hope, as many metalworkers had advised taking the staircase out and replacing it.  After sending some pictures of the staircase, Matt and Paul asked to visit to make an assessment.  Following a review,  they took measurements and more pictures and advised this would be very simple to add balusters and modernise.  They suggested a few artistic designs which would achieve the result and improve the look of the staircase.  Within a few days I had a design draft and quote.
